A Sales Reminder

On the mind.
This is a simple sales lesson, but reminders on simple things are helpful.
Today I signed an agreement and sent the founder a text: “Signed! 🎉”. I was excited to sign up and pay him. I even felt a little lucky to have found the software we’re signing up for. I might’ve been more excited than the founder I sent it to honestly and this isn’t cheap software at $2,500/month.

What I realized (or reminded myself) after sending that text was how I felt. I felt excited and optimistic about what we were signing up for, and I wanted to tell other people about the software because it’s so useful. Then I thought (and knew) that this feeling is exactly how all new customers should feel. Even our customers here at White Rabbit Group.
We need to solve their problem, and our customers should feel the same way. They should feel a strong sense of excitement that they now have a trusted team in their corner to ship quality code.
If you’re achieving what I felt above, then you’re doing something right. The goal is to sell and market a service or product that people are genuinely excited about.
Sales 101 right here, but just wanted to drop this in case you wanted a reminder.
