Our "Why"

On the mind.
Our business model at White Rabbit Group has been pretty successful to date. As a company, we’ve been profitable since our first month and have scaled to nearly 100 full-time team members without ever taking on funding. But why would a customer work with us? It’s an important question to answer for any business, and while we’ve answered/debated it many times before, we recently asked ourselves again.
Adam Weil, a Partner and our Director of Partnerships, and I did an exercise this week to refine our “Why.” We both took down notes on all our thoughts and distilled them into the five bullet points below.
(1) 100% In-House Team
In-house means every project is delivered by a full-time employee of White Rabbit Group. This ensures engineering quality, consistency, and reliability. We’re here for the long haul, giving you confidence in our ability to deliver projects time and time again.
(2) Streamlined Project Management
All of our technical project managers are US-based — we speak your language, work in your time, and keep everything on track. Our PMs are a critical part to every single project to ensure smooth communication, efficient processes, and on-time project completion.
(3) Make A Profit
Our hourly rate allows you to maintain healthy margins while delivering world-class work, ensuring your business stays profitable on the projects we collaborate on. It’s a win-win when you’re making money too!
(4) Pixel-Perfect Quality Testing
Our rigorous testing department ensures that every project is nearly flawless and meets the highest standards, leaving both your clients and design team impressed with each delivery.
(5) Support for Growth Opportunities
We help you close deals by providing accurate estimates, joining client calls as part of your team, and serving as a reliable partner for you to capitalize on new opportunities.
Weekly moments.

Neighborhood running trail!

It was a fun packed week but one of my top moments was finding a random pond fully frozen over with the boys. So we played on it for hours!

The boys first time playing with a hockey stick / puck and they loved it.

Lily’s first time at the movies! Moana 2.
